These Terms of Service govern your use of SONICX Delivery's platform and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

تحكم شروط الخدمة هذه استخدامك لمنصة وخدمات سونيكس للتوصيل. باستخدام خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

1. Services1. الخدمات

SONICX provides e-commerce logistics services including same-day delivery, COD collection, returns management, and bulk shipping across Egypt. Services are available to registered merchants and businesses.

تقدم سونيكس خدمات لوجستية تشمل التوصيل في نفس اليوم وتحصيل الدفع عند الاستلام وإدارة المرتجعات والشحن بالجملة في مصر.

2. Merchant Obligations2. التزامات التاجر

• Provide accurate shipment information including recipient name, address, and phoneتقديم معلومات شحن دقيقة تشمل اسم المستلم وعنوانه ورقم هاتفه
• Ensure packages are properly sealed and labeled before handoverالتأكد من إحكام إغلاق الطرود ووضع العلامات عليها قبل التسليم
• Not ship prohibited items including weapons, drugs, or hazardous materialsعدم شحن العناصر المحظورة بما في ذلك الأسلحة والمخدرات أو المواد الخطرة
• Comply with Egyptian laws regarding shipped goodsالامتثال للقوانين المصرية المتعلقة بالبضائع المشحونة

3. Payment & Payouts3. الدفع والمدفوعات

SONICX collects cash on delivery on behalf of merchants. Payouts are processed same-day or within the agreed schedule. Service fees are deducted before payout. SONICX may hold funds in case of disputes or suspected fraud.

تجمع سونيكس الدفع عند الاستلام نيابة عن التجار. تُعالَج المدفوعات في نفس اليوم وفق الجدول المتفق عليه. تُخصَم رسوم الخدمة قبل الدفع.

4. Liability4. المسؤولية

SONICX is not liable for losses from incorrect addresses, force majeure events, prohibited shipments, or delays beyond our control. Maximum liability per shipment is limited to the declared shipment value.

لا تتحمل سونيكس المسؤولية عن الخسائر الناتجة عن العناوين غير الصحيحة أو القوة القاهرة أو الشحنات المحظورة أو التأخيرات خارج إرادتنا.

5. Termination5. الإنهاء

Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice. SONICX may immediately suspend accounts violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

يجوز لأي طرف الإنهاء بإشعار كتابي مدته 7 أيام. يجوز لسونيكس تعليق الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط فوراً.

6. Governing Law6. القانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved through competent Egyptian courts.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. تُحسَم النزاعات عبر المحاكم المصرية المختصة.
